Creator Circle privacy notice
Your application, handled with care.
Last updated October 2026.
What this covers
This notice covers the MOOBBI Creator Circle application form at moobbi.com/creators. Early Birds signups have their own notice.
What we collect
Your name and email; the Instagram handle, TikTok handle and/or portfolio link you share; and, if you choose, your city and region, the kinds of content you make, an approximate follower count and a short note on why MOOBBI feels like a fit. We record your confirmation that you are 18 or over, the version and time of the consent wording you agreed to, whether you opted in to optional news, which page you used, and any campaign tags in the link you arrived from. We don’t ask for phone numbers, dates of birth, uploads, or any child, family, health or pregnancy details — please leave these out of your note.
How we use it
To review your application and, if there may be a fit, to contact you by email about a specific Creator Circle opportunity. Applications are reviewed by people; nothing is ranked or selected automatically. Applying is not an acceptance, contract, job, purchase, or ownership role.
Optional news
Receiving MOOBBI news by email is a separate, optional choice that isn’t needed to apply. It is recorded only with your application and is not added to any other list.
Where it’s kept
In a private database hosted on Lovable Cloud, the platform this site runs on. Visitors to the site can’t read it; only the authorized MOOBBI team can access it.
Messages
No emails or texts are sent automatically when you apply. Any contact comes from a person on the MOOBBI team.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it, or until Creator Circle recruitment no longer needs the record, whichever comes first.
Access, changes and removal
To see, correct or remove your application, or to withdraw optional news, email MOOBBI at moobbibaby@gmail.com from the address you applied with. Questions about this notice can be sent there too.
Preventing abuse
To stop automated or repeated submissions, we keep one-way hashed versions of your network address and email address for a short time, together with the time of the attempt, separately from your application. These hashed values are used only for abuse prevention. Records older than a day are cleared when the application service next processes an eligible request.
